Western Railway won five ABCI awards for creative excellence


Western Railway has won five national awards for its creative excellence from Association of Business Communicators of India (ABCI). These awards were conferred at the 54th ABCI award function held recently in Mumbai.

These awards are given every year by ABCI for creative excellence in the field of business communication.

Western Railway got two prestigious silver trophies for its popular inhouse magazine Rail Darpan for its creative excellence, while the other trophies were received for Railway Week Exhibition, Social Awareness Campaign through effective display advertisements and it’s Prestige Publication ‘Retrieving the History’, Western Railway said in a statement recently.

S K Sood, General Manager, Western Railway congratulated Sharat Chandrayan, Chief Public Relations Officer and his team for winning five national awards.

Western Railway has created an unique record by getting these prestigious awards continuously for the 12th year in a row.
